They said their training period is 6months but when the time comes they stretch the time because they don't want to increase the salary

The job security is currently not there considering the pandemic, work culture is average, company policies are transparent. Management is good.

Actually I am experienced in working with team in workshop but they sending me to market for bringing business but if your products are not so quality as customer wants how you will get business so my policy is first I would like to do update as today is other
