some stupid people sitting on manager level who always poiting on your work, just because they have ego problem, if you not agree all his condition either is right or wrong, you won't be a part of his team.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are very supportive and management. Appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.I am very happy to being a part of Freight Tiger.

Manger have put all their relationship person in company such as friends and family friends and all work load goes to outsider. And the person in office are just to pull leg founder is a great person but manager and supervisor are not good you work as much as you can but end of year appraisal will be only of those person nearest to the head not of a person work day and night. I am really disappointed and sad but after seeing founder I feel some day he will handle on ground and make FT a good company.

Freight tiger hires top qualified people for senior positions. Really love the hiring and culture at freight tiger being worked here for almost 4.5 years at various verticals. Top level management is friendly and take feedbacks.
