...mmunication - Fools running the company like it's a game (and they are losing) - This August will be a year without salary (And not a single heads up was given wrt this)

There is nothing to like about the company. Even the founders have no interest in the company. This might be a face to some shady work. The only thing positive it about the mentor i had. He explains task clearly and understands if there is any problem or whatever.

Dislikes

Salary is not on time. CEO and CTO don't feel responsible about the employees or their mental status. Salary is delayed even for months(2.5 months). People are very much underpaid. HR cares about money and not employees. Management is very money minded. There is no fun or team building activities. When asked CEO about update on salary the only response i got is " any update you will get from HR" And when asked HR about the salary he said "I need to confirm with the leaders". it's like a loop of pointing people. The CTO is the worst of all. He doesn't pay employees and expects the work to be done on time. He is the worst of his kind. The only 5 stars that this company might have is from the paid reviews.

There are opportunities to work with big client companies, learning experience on project management and team management.

Dislikes

Poor employee management policies. Bad work culture. No employee benefits are provided, neither salary or expenses is given on time.

There is absolutely nothing to like about this place . Horrible culture and management. No WFH and work ethics .

Dislikes

No WFH. Self centered co-founder with no place to grow. Nothing new to learn. No employee engagement and benefits.

Learning work experience and managing work load

Dislikes

Worse work culture and office management. Have terrible financial constraints. No benefits or facilities for employees apart from salary, and that also won't come on time.
