There is nothing to like about the company. Even the founders have no interest in the company. This might be a face to some shady work. The only thing positive it about the mentor i had. He explains task clearly and understands if there is any problem or whatever.

Salary is not on time. CEO and CTO don't feel responsible about the employees or their mental status. Salary is delayed even for months(2.5 months). People are very much underpaid. HR cares about money and not employees. Management is very money minded. There is no fun or team building activities. When asked CEO about update on salary the only response i got is " any update you will get from HR" And when asked HR about the salary he said "I need to confirm with the leaders". it's like a loop of pointing people. The CTO is the worst of all. He doesn't pay employees and expects the work to be done on time. He is the worst of his kind.
