Nothing to like about this company .

Dislikes

Management is so bad , pathetic and not responsive or supportive. Each day comes up with new rules and new job responsibility. Said Salary is not credited properly and have to keep on asking why it's credited less, for which the manager and HR doesn't pickup the calls. Working conditions are terrible, no proper infrastructure such as basic things like not enough fans.

There are lot of things to learn in this company. Team work is something which adds benefits to work here

Dislikes

Management is quite unstable. As it is startup firm one has to go through lot of hassale. It is advisable to have backup of each employee so when any agent is absent other can carry forward the work. Management should start with incentive or overtime to the employee who genuinely contributes their best to the company.
