Work Culture is really good. Working there like you are in a family. Bosses ( Majority ) never feel you inferior and will never interfere in your activities. They are really very helpful even the colleagues from other teams always ready to assist you whenever there is any requirement. Overall it's a good place to work.

It's a really bad decision to join Freeman IT Services. Actually it's a musical chair game. Peoples are coming and going. First of all they don't have either proper HR policy or working policy. They will not give you training at all. Some people working there very long time and they created a gang. They don't like any new people (experienced in little higher position) should join the organisation. Actually they all feel unsecured, if any new experienced people join. They all know that they can be replaced any moment and they will not get job anywhere as they have very basic skill set. That's is why they made a gang and they will mentally torture you and they will present you like you don't know anything. To be very honest they are following very simple accounting practices and job is very simple but they will not do there job timely manner, as results backlogs at the year-end. But they always present there selves to the management that they are very busy every time and they are cracking rocket since, which no one can able to crack apart from them. I tried my self to work with this company, thaught will change the environment. But failed. Infact some junior good wishers told me very beginning that you will not succeed as they are big in number with dirty cheap politics.

Mrs. Sarkar is trying to implement HR policy but she is unable but I really appreciate her efforts. Another senior employee Mr Barat is also kind hearted man but he is also helpless against the gang. Anyway if you are joining in junior position then it's okay. At last "welcome to hell".
