Well! first of all salary is extremely poor specially for Rural employees. second thing is favouritism in the promotions. Some well deserved people are still waiting however less deserving people who have zero communication skills and poor English are being promoted as AM. So, if you have ability to keep yourself away from these kinds of things, you must join FEA.

...month induction for joining FEA. Growth is very slow. Strict timing schedule.... Low salary

It's the platform where you can continue to learn after being an employee. You will get a lot of opportunities to enhance your skills.

...t role. You are asked to leave in case you don't fit in to another department. Salary hike is very low, limited appraisal.

FEA kept a job security unlike other organizations and even gave a hike in salary at the time of pandemic, which was completely unexpected. The work culture there is so lovely and helpful as well.

The only thing I didn't like was the change made during time. Management changed it's ways.

Salary package is fine for freshers, but appraisal is very less according to work, growth chances is less and there are fixed promotions.
