Sometimes People Judge quickly and have Judgemental Mindset, not in all cases.

Its a very organized company and there are plenty of opportunities for everyone. Work life balance is very good and mangers are very supposrtive as well.

The compensation can be improved for developers.

Good learning possibility since you interact directly with the senior leadership. However, whether it's a positive or a negative, mostly depends on your manager or super manager, and mostly, it's the latter here :)

Dislikes

Poor appraisals and compensation. Poor treatment of employees. Work is not valued. 90% of the work goes waste as nobody sees it or even recognises the efforts. Terrible leadership.

Likes

Being backed by axis bank I don't worry of getting salary at the end of month. There is a sense of job safety unlike other loss making startups

Dislikes

Culture is degrading day by day, it is becoming just like bank, focus is being moved from tech to saving money being spent on good tech resources.
