Compensation is decent. but growth is slow the work pressure is very high sometimes, I have to work 10-10:30 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometime late into the night. TL do not have value and individual unique strength, which is why I have to take back . my suggestion most of the time very rude behaviour by TL . so I suggest this is no any job security. senior folk like me have to guide them step by step which is pain some time.

...in pregnancy and if you deny to do so.. they will ask you to resign immediately. And once you resign they hold your salary by telling you that you did not serve the notice period. Role of HR is zero only managers do what they want to do.. no work culture.

Every Thing, Toxic work culture, you will be abused on each and every hour. Hiring is continuously running every day, because once employees trapped in organisation they just wait for their 1st salary and also they may got, but if they got then they have get lots of abusing langauge on personal level and mental pressure, You can assume that Agent leave organisation frequently after 1st salary, Not a single outsiders TL, AM, Manager Senior Manager stay for their 2nf salary. Now above have a certain level of mental strength, But you can shock that AGM level employees who have maximum mental strength are not ready to stay for 1 month.... Here only one old AGM want to survive. For rest AGM he started manipulated the data and MIS report, because he controlled MIS Data and Report, He can increase his productivity and decrease others AGM productivity with the help of MIS person

I humbly request you all not to join this company. It is a fraudulent company. They don't even pay salary to their employees. They give promotion only to females who look glamorous, lot of internal politics. It's vice president named 'ravi sharma' and manager ' mohsin' are two arrogant managers who don't even bother to pay salary to their employees. They will hire you only for one month and then they send you back home without paying any salary. If you join this company den you will have to leave within a month without even getting your salary. So guys please be aware of this fraudulent company. Never join this company or else you will definitely regret. .

I have worked here and left the organization just because undue pressure and salary problem, after exit they are not giving my experience certificate and lying on my presence on the working days. Pathetic experience in terms of company policy they don't have any .
