I like my team including manager,all are very nice, they help us & cooperative.Here salary is good provided by frankfinn aviation. But too much unnecessary pressure that's why no job security & m not seeing better career opportunity here.No personal life ,no enjoyment only work load which is overload.

Job security, Culture, Salary Frankfinn has nothing to like. I have never seen such company where they give you threats about spoiling your BGV. There is absolutely no job security. They work like some local cheap shop. Management is pathetic in terms of politics. Basically there is no point joining this firm and spoiling your career.

Promotions are based on personal connections rather than merit. *High turnover rate. People are constantly leaving due to the poor working conditions, which creates a chaotic work environment. * Please be cautious before joining the company
