...in pregnancy and if you deny to do so.. they will ask you to resign immediately. And once you resign they hold your salary by telling you that you did not serve the notice period. Role of HR is zero only managers do what they want to do.. no work culture.

Salary on time, handsome incentives (on target achievement) , office culture is good.

Dislikes

If you are in sales, forget your personal life, they hardly give Sundays off Or any day off, you have to work seven days in week, No job security, timing is 10 hours but they took 12 hours. Always get threaten of cutting the salary.

Keen focus on documentation and maintenance of data.

...nor because they pay fee, whereas teachers are often embarrassed while doing so. Teachers lose half day's salary if they are even a minute late. And the incentive structure is designed to make Teachers fetch new students and make existing students pay more for specialised training. None of the teachers evet get to see their incentive as they are merely teachers and not salea trainers.

There are very least thing which needs to be liked , I only like the salary which they have given on time

There is no job security , if you are in sales that forget about personal life , I always gives 8-10 hour daily even on sunday you have to come there is no comp off , too much pressure of work ... and they never gives reliving letter easily

Job security, Culture, Salary Frankfinn has nothing to like. I have never seen such company where they give you threats about spoiling your BGV. There is absolutely no job security. They work like some local cheap shop. Management is pathetic in terms of politics. Basically there is no point joining this firm and spoiling your career.
