...nor because they pay fee, whereas teachers are often embarrassed while doing so. Teachers lose half day's salary if they are even a minute late. And the incentive structure is designed to make Teachers fetch new students and make existing students pay more for specialised training. None of the teachers evet get to see their incentive as they are merely teachers and not salea trainers.

Frankfinn is a wonderful place for workaholics. The salary of-course depends on experience. The Pune Center where I work, is a wonderful place. We are a wonderful team of trainers who have both work and fun. I believe it is same at all other centers too. Jalandhar Center is the best. The increments and appraisals are 1 time every year. The new ideas are welcome. Every one in Frankfinn is dedicated to work.

...me relieving letter and experience letter and my fnf payment after 10 months. 7.My 1 month salary was deducted ,no reimbursement given for transport .

Everything, you will not get your salary in time even though you gave your best. It will be stuck for no reason. No promotion No appraisal No job security No management They don't know how to talk with employees. No work life balance If you are late for even one minute they will deduct half day salary Not a healthy company to work with.
