According to Industry Standard they pay pretty well but then they know how to suck the life out of you. In house job, traveling to field not required.

Almost Everything. The Company runs on a Dictatorship mode, the root is rotten from CEO level. CEO abuses the Director and VP of the company. And the latter doesn't give any scope for you to learn anything. From the very beginning the target mode is on a daily basis. If numbers ( admission) are not happening then verbal abusing begins. They would go on to the extent of abusing your family without any shame. Ravi Sharma, the VP of the company does this so often. There is no hierarchy system at Branch level. Almost everyone would report to the Dictators sitting at HO who have no idea about what's going on the ground level but would still impose their impractical thinking. Politics is at immense level. The older employees would do their best to not give you any kind of learning during training period ( 4 days ). If you are Male don't ever think of joining coz you won't be able to cope up with the environment. Almost every email will give you threats of marking absent. Most of the Sundays they would call you to office without any comp offs.

I have worked here and left the organization just because undue pressure and salary problem, after exit they are not giving my experience certificate and lying on my presence on the working days. Pathetic experience in terms of company policy they don't have any .

...e learning part. If somebody had worked in Frankfinn sales can do any sales job. Apart from that as per as salary, appraisal , innovation are concerned it is great. I have worked in Gariahat centre so for me my Franchisee owner was very good with all of the above mentioned. I have earned a lot of incentives and foreign trip.

Dislikes

Now coming to the dislike part - if I talk about immediate seniors in Gariahat centre they are the worst people out there who create negativity in the centre , passes statement by taking the owner’s name which are later proved wrong. Their politics and misuse of statements have resulted in a lot of negativity causing huge attrition which the franchisee owner is unaware of. These specific people are acting as TERMITES out there.

Job security, Culture, Salary Frankfinn has nothing to like. I have never seen such company where they give you threats about spoiling your BGV. There is absolutely no job security. They work like some local cheap shop. Management is pathetic in terms of politics. Basically there is no point joining this firm and spoiling your career.
