...in pregnancy and if you deny to do so.. they will ask you to resign immediately. And once you resign they hold your salary by telling you that you did not serve the notice period. Role of HR is zero only managers do what they want to do.. no work culture.

According to Industry Standard they pay pretty well but then they know how to suck the life out of you. In house job, traveling to field not required.

Almost Everything. The Company runs on a Dictatorship mode, the root is rotten from CEO level. CEO abuses the Director and VP of the company. And the latter doesn't give any scope for you to learn anything. From the very beginning the target mode is on a daily basis. If numbers ( admission) are not happening then verbal abusing begins. They would go on to the extent of abusing your family without any shame. Ravi Sharma, the VP of the company does this so often. There is no hierarchy system at Branch level. Almost everyone would report to the Dictators sitting at HO who have no idea about what's going on the ground level but would still impose their impractical thinking. Politics is at immense level. The older employees would do their best to not give you any kind of learning during training period ( 4 days ). If you are Male don't ever think of joining coz you won't be able to cope up with the environment. Almost every email will give you threats of marking absent. Most of the Sundays they would call you to office without any comp offs.

There is a huge difference between company own center & Franchise center. To be frank there is no corporate culture in this company, till u r working good u r in company if not u would be thrown out without any notice. Even center managers are also treated like a sales executives. In-time is strictly maintained but out time is not in ur hands. By working for longer period in this company you will not improve or update ur skills as there is no scope of learning here. From day 1 to till u leave the company (What ever the yrs of experience u might have) it would be the same.

...ention that there is a lot of difference between company own center & Franchise. Compensation is okok, but no growth. The work pressure is very high without any time limit. Higher authority doesn't value individuals unique strengths, They don't look for client satisfaction. Company will not support you in ur hard times even though u were a top performer before. Forget about increments. This is women oriented company with lot of politics & management will not even bother about it except the sale by hook or crook.
