The behavior of the males employee in the books department is very friendly and helpful.

Dislikes

The way of working is from the 90's. All the old and long serving women in the books department do not help the new employees and or listen their problems. Some women spend most of their time gossiping and speaking ill of others. Terrible working experience.

The best thing about working in Frank Educational Aids is that your feedbacks, ideas and inputs are appreciated, which in turn helps in the growth of an individual too along with the company. Another cool thing about the firm is that one does not need to worry about work life balance. Due to the size of the editorial department, there is no politics involved.

Dislikes

The only thing that bothers me here is the career growth opportunities.
