Good experience and learning for me as I switched from bank. Its difficult to be my role but appropriate understanding , insights of the duties , execution of projects and communication with stakeholders is utmost important

No policies, cultural shock, no timely appraisals and salaries, no fnf for employees who exit. No holidays around the year. No job security, one day you are working , next day you can be asked to leave without any notice. No one ever get any reimbursements.
