There is nothing to like.🙏 you have to daily deal with kahtro ka khiladi & Khiladi is none other than SCM/ Production manager who loves to fire people every year. insult subordinates in front of others. giving wrong and fake feedback to management about subordinates & other dept. employees just to satisfy self ego.

Dislikes

No job security in purchase/SCM department. SCM & production manager behavior is worst than adolf hitler. he is total Sayako type person. your job only secure if he wants or not , it doesn't matter you are on roll or not on roll, your preformance, hard work, your issues nothing matters to him. Everything depends on his ego. Management knows everything but they didn't take action against him from last 6-7 year. every year whole purchase team changed just because of him no one can survive in that department for long time. other dept. people also fed-up because of him. so its humble request to all people if you want work life balance don't join in this department. if you joined be ready to destroy your personal life as well as professional life.🙏🙏🙏

Job security is great if you do hanjii hanjii to GM....Even if you don't do any work..... Team....No team.... Every body is chamadi bachao....So not to worry... Career growth in full swing if you pick up bags,tie shoe lase and wash dish of MD ,GM etc. One great example is production manager.... Traveling is five star... Politics is great.... Because the GM is graduate in Political science....Hahaha... And he plays great politics.... No innovative work....

Others are very selfish... Job is secure if you act as per GM,MD.... Company is in continuous loss from 6 yrs. Violating many government rules....
