At the time of joining you are told that they will give training but they don't give any training you have to learn the things yourself

Work timing is good. Being in a private company employees can reach home before evening! Praise from School Principals boosts inner self.

HR policies doesn't exist. Issues in the Hierarchy. No salary increment at all. Salary is disbursed after 12-15 days. Very Poor management.

... Not Pick the call when u required. Md's understand you as labur. Hr is Puppet When you resgined, they will not give your your salary, enen not provide you documents. (Salary Eater) Md's are arrogant

... after that, the leads you generated , will be handed over to your supervisor. After you are out , you can keep asking for your salary and expense(which is huge due to extensive traveling) but you will not get any response from anyone. HR is there just to send warning and termination letters, you can't expect any response from HR if you ask about your settlement. They will ask you use your own hardware( mobile & laptop) and won't get reimbursed for the same. You can even end up spending more than earning like while working in this company. Half of the staff got replaced in 3 months of my tenure. Only join this company if you really hate your life.
