Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

The hospital is open to innovation and readily adopts lastest technology. I love the fact that I'm part of a team that serving through critical conditions all over the world. We are giving free consultation and medicines. Our hospital is open 24x7. We are have special equipment and isolation wards. We are working as team and also supporting each other. I love to serve in this hospital. Policy and terms are suitable for employees. Mr. Amin is our director. He is doing wonderful job. I invite people to come and visit once and part of this hospital.
