...fferent performance assessment criteria and changes the direction completely. The latest one involves directly attaching client billing to an analysts increment and variable pay. Thereby if a project gets extended due to an unreasonable client or poor project management the analyst who has been struggling to finish the project, suffers even further. In addition there is a new enthusiasm about AI and ML which has been extended to the entire company in a bid to outrun competition in this new field when numerous projects are lost due to absence of basic analytical expertise and infrastructure.
