...fferent performance assessment criteria and changes the direction completely. The latest one involves directly attaching client billing to an analysts increment and variable pay. Thereby if a project gets extended due to an unreasonable client or poor project management the analyst who has been struggling to finish the project, suffers even further. In addition there is a new enthusiasm about AI and ML which has been extended to the entire company in a bid to outrun competition in this new field when numerous projects are lost due to absence of basic analytical expertise and infrastructure.

Work culture is really good. Work transparency and understanding is really great.

salary lags behind other top rated companies by 3-4%. However with recent unicorn status, expect significant salary improvements
