Hi All, During a job opportunity, when the recruiter asked for my expected CTC, I mentioned 12 LPA, as my previous job's fixed salary was 7.8 LPA. Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? Would it be reasonable to ask for 14 LPA, considering I initially stated my expectation as 12 LPA? The job is based in Gurgaon, and I have 4.5 years of experience. Looking forward to your advice!

Likes

90 % employees are planning to leave job due to poor Managment.

Dislikes

Worst Management due to which 90% employees are planning to leave company. Everyday there is new rule to torture employee in new way. Management dont have brain. Its like britishers left us and leave this people to make employees slayer.

There management... as specially when Capt. wife start interrupting in company. They have system , when someone give resignation they gives other employee money as token of Incentives. In last 3 year more than 30 employees left fracht India group. Also no flexi time

Dislikes

There is late sitting everyday and no personal life. They just tell work day Monday to Friday but asked to work on Saturday and Sunday as well. Pathetic company. Late coming is counted but late going is not counting.
