Very bad work ethics, professionalism and integrity from the management. Worst place to work

... they are scamming students and overworking them to try keep the company afloat. They never pay on time and i am yet to get my last two months salary till date. Horrible work ethics from the people who run and also the managers. No one should have to go through such horrible an experience.

Foxmula aided me in getting a certification from Microsoft. It was a smooth learning experience which was well-paced. The lectures were very nice, which started from the basics and went in-depth for each topic.

There's nothing good to say about foxmula. It's just time waste doing internship in foxmula.

Dislikes

No proper working activities and they removed me without any further information and told me that they will give sim reimbursement ammount but without any response they just removed me from everything and all are fake promises given by them and nothing useful and they will change the rules whenever they needed so I'm just completely unsatisfied with foxmula, and i hope no one will not waste there time doing the internships in foxmula.

I was just a student doing a course of cybersecurity on foxmula and what i was satisfied with course experience course was well designed and provided a comprehensive overview of the subject matter the instructors were knowledgeable and engaging they provided clear examples to help me understand the material

Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
