Worst work culture. No team bonding. Third class policies. Don't follow the process. More you finish your work earlier , more you will be assigned. No perks/awards. Bad management in IT.

...gers will not support for us we have to struggle in sites if any problem occurs. Initially salary will be ok but after some years hike will not there as we expected. Also need to travel a lot for services.
