...gers will not support for us we have to struggle in sites if any problem occurs. Initially salary will be ok but after some years hike will not there as we expected. Also need to travel a lot for services.

Work environment is good about SPM department. Few people are who support in your work. Give you advice on every project. Asked for suggestions.. Every project they give you opportunities to work.

Some people makes department dirty. No salary hike. They accept all works from you in small Amounts of salary.

An Excellent choice for engineers with vision of making career in an Industry which are Technical Experts in Industrial Process Automation, SPM, AIT & IOT, Plant Engineering Services. Sr. guide you as mentor & friendly environment.

Worst work culture. No team bonding. Third class policies. Don't follow the process. More you finish your work earlier , more you will be assigned. No perks/awards. Bad management in IT.
