I have been using working for this Organisation for more than 1 Years, Never faced any issues regarding work life balance, job security, excessive use work Pressure or any kind of financial issues. All the management staff and colleagues and are treating everyone as a joint family.

Dislikes

There's a policy in which, engineer needs to pay for their allowances first and then get it back by claiming it. Claiming the allowances and getting the refund takes a long time.

The company is never a pressure vessel and has its own ethics. It's a growing company, it may pay averagely as per industry standard but there is Good work life and family life balance.

...d place for mediocre minded people.but not for ambitious and talented personnel.compensation is average and below average,YOY increments in compensation package is extremely low. A good place for the ones who want to survive,but not for winners.

Current situation is like nothing to like about this company. As per old employees, earlier management was good. But in past 4-5 years all have changed. Only boot lickers can work here. Also please note don't trust on recent positive reviews they are all forcefully updated by HR.

Business head (Malur) is worst. Only playing pressure game. no job security. No support in order finalization. So guys don't join this company. All departments are useless. Good people have left this organisation due to some useless management. Selling mostly low quality chinese products. Think thrice before joining.
