Very bad experience regarding salary and Tour claims. After till 9 months still not received my tour claims money.

This company is formed by a good and well skills person and company is grownup nicely in South region and doing good business. I liked hard work of company founder and top management.

I was working In their Mumbai branch. I don't like the branch heads operation functioning skills. They can bring the business but can not grow it. How to handle the team and motivate they don't know.
