Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. This company is formed by a good and well skills person and company is grownup nicely in South region and doing good business. I liked hard work of company founder and top management.

Dislikes

I was working In their Mumbai branch. I don't like the branch heads operation functioning skills. They can bring the business but can not grow it. How to handle the team and motivate they don't know.
