Good work environment and culture. Management is transparent and supportive. Company polices are good, appraisals are decent and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is a lot politics but still directors are the go to person and problem solvers

There's nothing to dislike as such, but it would be recommended to focus on building future leaders within the organisation rather than hiring from outside.

No appreciation for work. Company dont focus on lower level employees development. Their is huge diff in Management level and lower level employees salary. Overall good place to work.
