Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. Not at all. I suggest not to join anyone to this company, no management system, salary pending till 6 month, even you don't know to whom you complain about your salary.

There are many things that i can suggest you to not join this company . I worked for one year in this company any not even one salary come on time. It was very hard to manage my daily life without salary. When I asked to my manager about the salary, he was like "I am also not getting my salary from last 9 months, how i can tell you about your salary"
