Inside politics is too much. Gastro division in Bengal is worst. False commitment to drs. Only pressure for primary billing no proper planning to liquidate the goods. AZSM only calls in closing time rest of the month he fall asleep.

In this covid 19 period so many companies and so many employees getting suffered for salary, but fourrts think about employees family and motivated better guidance, I am proud to be working in this organisation thanks for giving wonderful opportunity.

RSM was vry vry Bad..I was work a 2 year in this organization.In 2 tear i was take 3 days leave.Every time i was give more important in my professional life ahead my personal life but when i was take 3 days leave,Actually that time was most important for leave but RSM denay for this and tell me if you want leave you must give your Regicnation.That time was very painfull

It's a company with good people with good interpersonal skills. Excellent products with a competitive pricing. Division well established without cannabalisation.

Dislikes

Heirachy not transparent at all. Low pay masters. No guarantee of job. Whims and fancies of the management without discussion. Clarity of marketing very low.

Time wasted company, no humidity, very old person running company, grouping, gossiping etc,kindly don't waste your time

...division, remove employees even those are very senior remove them from fourrts. Big politics in senior and middle management, very less salary...I have never recommended this type company to any one...
