Career growth companies like naukri if employee showed good performance 1 or 2 years they are giving an opportunity to him to handle a team.But here if we showed performance 5 years also you won't get any team handling role. That is the main dislike about the company

I would urge everyone not to join the company. They have the highest attrition rate. It's hire and fire thing in foundit. Management team has completely changed. Do not consider joining this organization.

One of the worst company. Do not join the organization even if they pay well salary. Attration rate is too high. They fire if you cannot meet your number in sales department. For other departments you can consider. For sales do not go..

...s between 3-5%. Few people get the manager's favoritism whereas the rest suffer. No salary equalization policy. The manager's favorite will be favored with onsite travel opportunities, really good appraisal, and multiple promotions. At the same time most of the crowd will be left with peanut appraisal and even terminations to maintain the cost gap.

...rk culture .. First 3 Saturday is off last 1 Saturday has to work from office. Salary day is 1st working day of month.

Monster.com product itself is not good compare to Naukri.com .. selling this product is huge task very less corporate companies will buy this products. Achieving target is hard because of product. Company will provide previous customers data they all are unhappy with product so can’t Abel to renew those clients. Manager will also not help to achieve target. You have to struggle 6months to understand the concept and it’s work if target not achieving after 6month they will remove from company.

Product is very much challenging for sale in the market becoz they don't have proper candidate database, Monster now foundit is average for IT related jobs but in case of other profiles like FMCG, Business development related candidate data base are not updated . Clients are very much unhappy after taking a yearly subscription. They are not investing on promotional activities like digital marketing, TV ads ,radio ads Kolkata market is worse for any sector where job security and satisfaction is 0. Too much political games paying in organisation. Personal and mental health will be affected becoz of tremendous work pressure. Should focus areas- 1.Overall employee retaintion 2.Promotion for services 3.A healthy workplace for ground level employees 4. Respect at workplace
