Fouji the only ed tech company providing more than 300 government oriented competitive exam practice and practice for academic begins from 4th to 12th in all syllabus in india

Dislikes

Fouji only promote excellent performing employees, they provide best training and offer excellent salary but most of the experienced candidates are presenting fake past experience and salary statements. once it confirmed the company fired that candidate during training.

Was able to cancel classes for any emergencies.

Dislikes

Salary is not credited even after one and half months. No communication or explanation given. So decided to not continue further. Heared from fellow teacher about similar story. I was asked to take down my negative comment from reviews stating that they will complain while we employers without payment are the ones to complain. Please do not fall for their trap.

MD, Mr. Jayadas not paying salary to any employee, every month he forcefully making employees to resign by mental torturing.. then he wont pay for them and finding someone by offering high salary, again same will happen for them.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
