What I really appreciated about working at Fotografik Enterprises was the supportive and collaborative environment, particularly in the roles of "Quality Analysts" and "Trainders". As a Quality Analyst, I found the work engaging, with a clear focus on ensuring top -tier results for clients. The opportunity to also serve as a trainer allowed me to help others grow and refine their skills, which was incredibly rewarding. Additionally, the company maintained a healthy work-life balance, offering reasonable working hours and two weekly days off, which helped maintain productivity and morale across the team.

...vironment where employees didn't always feel supported or valued by the company. Another significant concern was around salary increments and appraisals. The process for salary hikes seemed unclear and inconsistent, with many employees waiting for long periods without proper justification or communication about the delay. The appraisal system also lacked transparency, making it hard to understand what metrics were being used for promotions and recognition. Despite consistent performance, getting a meaningful salary raise or a change in designation often felt like an uphill battle.

The working environment is very good atleast for me and if someone wants to learn anything, this is a right place.

Salary was good for a fresher but not good for a experienced artist. And their wasn't any incentive.
