Additionally, the company maintained a healthy work-life balance, offering reasonable working hours and two weekly days off, which helped maintain productivity and morale across the team.

The process for salary hikes seemed unclear and inconsistent, with many employees waiting for long periods without proper justification or communication about the delay. The appraisal system also lacked transparency, making it hard to understand what metrics were being used for promotions and recognition. Despite consistent performance, getting a meaningful salary raise or a change in designation often felt like an uphill battle.
