The company is excellent in terms of providing training for skill development. I got opportunity to travel Denmark and Sweden for a week and could visit FOSS manufacturing facility. Company is good in terms of providing incentives for sales and encouraging individual sales motive.

Dislikes

Job security for sales job is poor. Neither local administration (India) is interested to provide sufficient opportunity by way of introducing products which has demand so that sales target can be achieved or provide more coverage area so that sales numbers are met.

Eight months time with no training, no opportunity to share opinions, with no choice to share my views, I was made redundant due to which my entire life collapsed. The organization did not even consider extending my visa when I had a less than a year old child, and I was studying. The PRO of the company took advantage of the situation all the time. In short, poor leadership of the owner and poor quality of education at the management eventually took the organization downwards.
