It's a very terrible Company, Because after completing project, they didn't pay your salary, And in the place of you hiring another person, Ye Company bahut hi bekar hai bahut se aise workers, engineers ke paisa Rakhi hui hai, jab project final hone wala hota hai to 2-3 month pahle se hi aapka salary hold hone laghi hai, Jaise kisi month me half salary huwa fir aise karke job project final hota hai to aapka pura salary hold ho jata hai bolte hai ki aapka salary ho jayega but deti nahi hai company aise me worker ko bhi last time me comny chhornu parti hai,aur pura ka pura Paisa company rakh leti hai, Dosto ye mera personal experience hai mai es company me kewal 1 year hi jam kiya hu aur mera salary 35000/-Ab tak nahi mila, aur kewal mera hi nahi mere senior engineer ka bhi 70,000/- Mere dost ka 15,000/- aur ek worker tha jo ki uska 40,000/- company ne ghotala kar liya aur bhi bahut se aise log hai jinka paisa nahi mila, Jab hamlog starting me joining ki the tab hi ham logo ko malum chal gaya tha, lekin ham logo ne socha ki sayad ham logo ke sath aisa nahi hoga, but ham logo ke sath bhi yahi huwa,

Should not expect anything in this company even through u work hard even through you give full time they just discriminate your work.no appraisal no proper allowance .
