I don’t like anything as such, because the basic necessity from a job i.e. salary is not appropriate.

Dislikes

The seniors are not good, no appreciation for your work, you only get scolded for your work. No team activities, no support from the senior. Pathetic environment. It just like another lala company.

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed).
