Our boss is threatening to cut our salaries during this pandemic. There is no work motivation as salary is held for minimum 1 month 22 days in FMS. This was not so initially, as boss treated us good. Then suddenly after lockdown salary issue, cutting down salary became issues and is escalating.

Dislikes

Terrible place to work. Appointment letters are not issued. There is hardly any clarity about leaves for employees. Dues from the company has not yet been cleared. No career growth only exploitation
