My colleagues.

Our boss is threatening to cut our salaries during this pandemic. There is no work motivation as salary is held for minimum 1 month 22 days in FMS. This was not so initially, as boss treated us good. Then suddenly after lockdown salary issue, cutting down salary became issues and is escalating.

Work Details

Good because of colleagues.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
