...rk hours. Team members are very supporting and encouraging while doing the work. Company was provided with good salary. But unfortunately in this pandamic situation company was not supported due to this covid19.

Company career growth is very slow. I think when resign this company its difficult to looking for a job in an other companies.

Salary Package was good, that turned into curse, as this association did not goes long.

Everything disliked about, No one cares about overall business, everyone is trying to save themselves. Managers do not want to come onto ground and feel the heat. they just know how to save themselves .

They can fire you abruptly without any prior notice. Join only if you are willing to take that risk. The company and the senior stakeholders are lousy when it comes to project planning and blames are later put on the employees who then have to bear the brunt.

Super work culture, Founder interaction with Ground level is super , Job security always there, company work according to the market requirement and compensation to all the employees are as per the market standards.

Very good work environment. Supportive management. But testing department is quite a boring department. We do same routine things. Soon looking forward for change as there are several changes in management and projects section.

Very less scope of learning new things. There is a change going on now in management level which is leading to several changes. Hope we get more scope to learn and work on new technologies and environment.
