This company is fully automobile industry where many types of connecting rod manufactured such as Tata motors, escorts,yanmar, Volvo, Mahindra, kirloskar , Eicher. Well knowledge of machining mc.cnc,vmc &spm machine. Well knowledge of all type of guages of inspection like multiguages,air plug guages,& equator. 2d guage,surface finishing tester, CMM inspection, calibration of instruments.

The organization is having excellent environment for learning and for skill development. Working as a Quality assurance engineer I had a good experience in Customer Concerns related to product quality. And result of that I get opportunity to travel in country for the customer quality concerns. Especially to Tata Cummins Jamshedpur & phaltan, Tata Motors Pune and Jamshedpur, Escort Ltd. Haryana, Etc. Also it is very good experience working as a team leader for Problem Solving Team in the organization.

Dislikes

Sometimes I have to work 15-16 hours in a day whenever Sample to be dispatch for new development and also in case of any customer complain. It is paining sometime. Also growth is slow.
