Company policies are not so good salary is not much as compare to the work but company give the sources to earn good amount of money so if one is hard working money is not an issue but for learners it is one of the best place

Likes

They pay ontime and you get a lot of opportunities to learn and participate in various learning activities for example the ACLS programs. Medical services department are very understanding and cooperative.

Dislikes

Nothing specific but the internal politics and some nurses r really rude at times.

Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is very low and no career growth. There is a bond of 1 years before which you cannot resign.

Canteen food is not good... No job security

Initially when in 2012 it was good in work cultures training and compensation standards decreased at work. Team work deteriorated and is at its nadir now.
