The management is good. Taking care of the employees during covid crisis they never deduct salary as compared to other hospitals. Payment is made timely. Gives employe discount for blood tests and consultation for own and family members.

Dislikes

They don't provide proper canteen for doctors and food inside canteen is not upto mark. No proper duty room and washrooms for resident doctors.

Only good is thing is that salary come on time.

Please avoid working here if you can because there is lot of politics is here they dont value old staff, if you resigned they won't ask you why are leaving but they will happily pay more perks to new inexperienced staff especially Pharmacy head at noida is very poor he's no knowledge about Pharmacy but he's still the boss of the department.

The salary is not good at all. With my overall 7years experience, is not enough.There is no proper increment. Though I'm thankful to the Institute for providing the hostel but the room is too suffocated with no sufficient bathrooms.

It is a good learning platform where you get to learn about many diseases and their nutrition therapy as it is a multi-speciality hospital.. One will be able to improve their practical knowledge. Good work environment

Basic salary and appraisal can be improved.

U are expected to work like hell ,they will not pay u for ur hardwork ,no appreciate for work,no salary hike , just fake commitment by HR, medical services ,poor nursing staff with no experience.
