Please avoid working here if you can because there is lot of politics is here they dont value old staff, if you resigned they won't ask you why are leaving but they will happily pay more perks to new inexperienced staff especially Pharmacy head at noida is very poor he's no knowledge about Pharmacy but he's still the boss of the department.

On time salary, higher management is good.

Dislikes

Mid level managers are worst, people who are working here for more than 10 years thinks that this place is their birth right and behaves accordingly. Very rude behaviour from some Managers.

Lot of work load and stress in job,every day do extra working hours but no any benefit ,salary growth and career growth is zero and salary is low level but work is high levels, In every department man power shortage and one more they will give good the salary scale to fresher staff and experience staff work on same salary from last 4 years

No deduction of your salary, thus far today despite of lockdown in several state at the time of first wave, whereas few company's employees unfolds cut off salaries during drastic covid mid of first phase.

Dislikes

Appraisal favouritism among staffs, like if any valuable staff goes(resign). Merely then, only for particular staff in order to hold back and likeable staffs gets better, however rest of the staffs avail for name only.

... and head of department is not supportive and they both behave their team badly. There is slow career growth and salary is very low
