The nursing management is good.

The salary is not good at all. With my overall 7years experience, is not enough.There is no proper increment. Though I'm thankful to the Institute for providing the hostel but the room is too suffocated with no sufficient bathrooms.

Departmental Staffs are supportive to each other.

Salary scale is very low. Same kind of work. Excessive amount of formalities & protocols to follow. House keeping & maintainance service isn't good enough.

Co workers and seniors are good..,u will get nice guidence from seniors, great opportunities to learn and practice...... Cafeteria is also good

Not getting good appraisal or salary according to your experience, you will not get payed for extra hours....MIGHT get duty off instead...

It is nice place to work I am the part of a team & I feel this company provide salary on time & many facilities for employ .

But work pressure is very high. I work 10 to 11 hrs on standing my legs but I do not receive any appreciation and they ignore it at the time of appraisal.At the time of emergency situations we stand on our legs to help and manage the department during crises. But they ignore it.

...t senior was very rude at speaking they do give respect to their subordinates . Training was excellen because of good clinical instructor , career growth super ,good job security, salary not satisfactory as per work load . Working environment good

I didn't like the behavior of some senior they do partiality .
