Timely salary.. gift for diwali. Tea- coffee machine available in pantry.
1) Very very Toxic culture in Anesthesia department.
2) The HOD is very toxic person, he is the KING of SARCASM. He always taunts and humiliates and never talks normally.
3) Very difficult to get LEAVES. The HOD grants leaves based on his interest.
4) HOD is very biased. He never encourages the SRs.
5) No work life balance. There is NO fìxed shift and ABSOLUTELY NO FIXED TIME of getting relieved from OT. 1 day your shift is from 8am and another day it's at 12pm.
6) There is NO SEPARATE ROOM for Female doctors.. The WASHROOM is very very DIRTY alws. You feel like vomiting. Recurrent UTI is a free gift after using it.
7) NO SEPARATE PLACE FOR DOCTORS TO EAT.
8) PARKING is a BIG ISSUE here. Since it's under construction there is no parking available for staff. Only Vallet parking is there. They park staff's vehicles in nearby Ramlila ground. Sometimes even on Road. And you can even get a challan for parking in no parking zone.. Also the parking staff is very arrogant.
9) There is NO SEPARATE safe ROOM for junior doctors to sleep during night duty. The one room which is available right now has NO ROOF. It's situated at the ENTRANCE OF RECOVERY ROOM. And the room is actually a dumping place for old equipments, files etc..
10) only 2-3 consultants are working there and literally 6-7 doctors have resigned stat in last 2 months.
11) If you want get a TOXIC experience once in a lifetime then FORTIS NOIDA is the best place for that.

1. Late Sitting everyday without any overtime allowance and you can't deny to do .
2. As per leave policy you have 36 leaves. but you will be allowed to take on 10-12 leaves a year by your manager else who is going to do complete the work , If you are on leave. Even after this you can't share this complain with you HR because operation manager and HR are friends, So you are going to face consequences for your complaints.
3. Even if you are on sick leave you are going to get a call from your colleagues and manager and they will ask you to complete any task .
4.HR knows about the work life balance but they are not going to do anything because they have no work to do in this company, so they leave the office the office on time and enjoy all the 36 leaves. sometimes it seems that the policy of shift timing and leaves policy is for HR department not for other departments.
Final Verdict
If you want to spend your time with family and have mental peace , then don't join this company. Because whosoever has joined the company and get a chance to move , has moved within 1 month.
Attrition rate is so high still HR and management are acting like blinds. There policies will not change.
Nurses work are good but day by day there work increases like billing, discharge patient file arrangement etc. our work is to give patient care not to do billing
...ork experience, apprisal is soo much disappointed like 500-1000 rupees per year. Bonus is not giving Fortis. There no one care to your opinion. There is an NS MRS.DOLLY BISWAS she was an act like cartoon and another is Mrs.Banani (DNS) she is the main culprit where you can not do work in your dept properly,
It was very amazing experience in terms of knowledge of industry, multitasking role, improvement and development in work, learning lots. Fortis is champion of Hospital industry so if you work here, you will become a champion in your work area.
Salary structure and growth was very poor even company is growing, but employees salaries are not growing, day by day salaries are structure becoming very poor, HR policies not for employee oriented.
