1. Late Sitting everyday without any overtime allowance and you can't deny to do . 2. As per leave policy you have 36 leaves. but you will be allowed to take on 10-12 leaves a year by your manager else who is going to do complete the work , If you are on leave. Even after this you can't share this complain with you HR because operation manager and HR are friends, So you are going to face consequences for your complaints. 3. Even if you are on sick leave you are going to get a call from your colleagues and manager and they will ask you to complete any task . 4.HR knows about the work life balance but they are not going to do anything because they have no work to do in this company, so they leave the office the office on time and enjoy all the 36 leaves. sometimes it seems that the policy of shift timing and leaves policy is for HR department not for other departments. Final Verdict If you want to spend your time with family and have mental peace , then don't join this company. Because whosoever has joined the company and get a chance to move , has moved within 1 month. Attrition rate is so high still HR and management are acting like blinds. There policies will not change.

No deduction of your salary, thus far today despite of lockdown in several state at the time of first wave, whereas few company's employees unfolds cut off salaries during drastic covid mid of first phase.

Dislikes

Appraisal favouritism among staffs, like if any valuable staff goes(resign). Merely then, only for particular staff in order to hold back and likeable staffs gets better, however rest of the staffs avail for name only.

The culture is good one can explore a lot in physiotherapy in Fortis as here advance technologies are used American technologies and advance manual therapy and your connection with good doctors and people will definitely help to create a good future

Company policies are not so good salary is not much as compare to the work but company give the sources to earn good amount of money so if one is hard working money is not an issue but for learners it is one of the best place

Myself had three surgery in 2018 in Fortis Noida .after that I forced to resign due to my illness ..but my HR head promised me , whenever you would like to join ,most welcome .after one year (2019) I went and asked him ,the same person He refused...now am sitting in my home this pandamic time ,,I was suffering a lot .still am waiting , he will call back me ...this is my experience from Fortis Noida, even I was the staff for 9 yrs ...thanks ..
