The worst work culture , daily late sitting in ofc, no overtime paid, very bad for employee. While working in fortis you can not give time to your family

Lot of work load and stress in job,every day do extra working hours but no any benefit ,salary growth and career growth is zero and salary is low level but work is high levels, In every department man power shortage and one more they will give good the salary scale to fresher staff and experience staff work on same salary from last 4 years

... and head of department is not supportive and they both behave their team badly. There is slow career growth and salary is very low
