Bad management, high level of politics, favouritism, doesn't pay salary on time. Just forget about the variable mentioned in your CTC. Worst company to work for. Please find some other offer and don't join here.

Its work is online, this is a good thing, due to which work is done on time, if any work remains pending, then advance and balance will not be done on time.

Dislikes

No one pays attention to lower level employees, no one asks them about their problems when most of the work is done by lower level employees.

I am working with Fortigo for past three years and had learned a lot which will help me in my future endeavours . Excellent people to work with. Only thing I don't agree with is 02 months notice period for employee

I do not dislike anything. You can't get everything 100 percent on place. I am a kind of person rather than showing dislike, Will share my suggestion for the company to grow but when asked.

Likes

Different internal projects that help grow in your career. Opportunity to work directly with the top management. Fast paced environment with lot of learning opportunities.

Dislikes

Difficult industry to work in with a lot of competition. Strategic direction of the company at times might seem bizzare.
